yooooooo omg ok let me start off this post by sounding like an illiterate idiot and how informal all these posts are becoming but its all good. So....

HAS ANYONE BEEN KEEPING UP WITH THE NEW SEAS ONF OTHE WALK DEAD?! YO OK. IDK. I told myself I cannot deal with this show. Don't get me wrong.  I love me some zombies and etc but wooooooow.

Somteimes I just need to stop. Lay on the floor and reassess why the fuck I'm watching this LOL....this is shingeki feels all over again...Then again I feel like by season 5 we should already know by now to expect the worst and that everyone is eventually going to die anyway ahaha like what even. This is a zombie apocalyptic world. Everything is going to end AHAH //wow pessimist much?...

Yeah basically marathoned this through Netflix and just started up on the new season. I hate following a new show season after season coz you have to wait for the next weeks episode versus if you wait it out then you get to binge watch everything aha...all my feels towards American Horror Story but with mid terms I'm behind an episode anyway so maybe by the time I'm ready to watch it theres atleast 2-3 episodes for me to binge on :x .. not like I really have time but I feel I've taken it quite easy this last week despite it being mid terms OvO;; The professor gave us an extension anyway so...huehuehue....

Another throw back and redo.

I remember a few years ago when me & Toshi did Vocaloid LOVE IS WAR. It was definitely a failure. It was so hot. And the wig was just not happening. I remember we were very particular with colors since potato modes. 

I think this may be 3-4 years old? I don't quite recall but I'm sure FB will remind me and I'll be crying and screaming internally...

That was the first time in a really long time I wore a cosplay and a girl for that matter, years previously I mostly did crossplay but fast forward to now, I just dont do any anymore. Cosplaying her was intimidating at the time and to this day still since you get so many good Vocaloid cosplay/cosplayers and some with mediocre store bought ones though thats not to say they dont pull through the character...

I'm posting this now because I actually read some tacky bad commentary from another persons facebook account that had tagged our photos. The comment was in Chinese but I'm no fool. I know what I read ahaha..... 

I digress. The point is, I was traumatized by this ahaha that may sound extreme but seriously, wow. I decided to revisit this years later with much trial and error with makeup to now. I can finally rest this aside knowing I was able to re-do....

Mayoko Okino is the wicked witch of the east from Zone-00 Zone-00 has such amazing artwork and character designs that its quite intimidating to even phatom trying to cosplay or cos test anyone from the series unless your super tall and lanky CLAMP style characters. I did this on a whim. Took apart an old NANA wig and threw together some extensions to replicate her braids and wow. This happened.  Quite surprised and shocked myself.  Makeup is so fun.     Eyes: Princess Bambi in Chocolate Brown  Lashes: Diamond Lash  Lips: MELT Six6Six

this look is inspired by Reira Serizawa from NANA and honestly can be used for your everyday gal look or Sheryl Nome

or any character with pinkishblondehair! hurpdurp.

Or anything that goes with champagne colored eyes shadows. All products mentioned and used here are Drug store brands and won't break your bank.

There you go. I'm not great at descriptions but lets keep going!

NANA makeup post 2!

ahaha whut. Heres another NANA dump photo posts!?! I tried making a tutorial for this look before but just utterly failed. How do people make makeup tutorials anyway ahaha sooooo much effort I just couldnt!

I also got a new wig (not in the photos) which I was gonna wear to Fanime but I ended up not wearing NANA to Fanime or AX at all aha coz...packing!?! idk =3= I'll be able to cos this forreal someday...uwu

  Makeup used: I used a burgundy eyeshadow and dark purples from Inglot. I dont have the exact name of the shadows I used but those two colors are usually my go to for makeup looks >_>;; especially with NANA so I guess you can just look at how I applied the color???

Lashes worn are Pa and Diamond Lash lashes *w* I dont remember which ones either...
Lips I used Melt Six6Six! lovelovelovelovelove it even though it cost more than a mac lippie! Lenses I used were the princess mimi in brown
  Oh look, I tried to be gei and try my hand at Reira too AHAHA  coz my friend Ruiki was gonna try Shin but Idk if I even included the photo dump here looo   For Reira: I covered my brows with Nyx crayon in pink and over that I applied a dusty pink eyeshadow (the ones you can find at Naked 3. I used an individual color from Pixel called dusty rose)

For the eye makeup, which you probably can't see very well I went with the color palette from Naked 3. A wash of peachy pink on the lids as well as a dusty rose color on the outter corners. A frosty pink eyeshadow on the inner corners. For lips I used my YSL rouge lip in 35(?) and a shit load of contour.

As always the foundation I used for my makeup tests are all Mehron. I use 2-3 different shades to bring my tan butt to a lighter shade *w*;;

I'm not very active on my blog since school started and I am behind on photos from AX but to slap some content back in here lol I'm going to spam this with some cos test from last week. I personally do not consider myself much of a cosplayer anymore to be honest /: but there was a time when I did cosplay. Too bad I stopped lol coz. Reasons. But once in a while its fun to slap an assload of makeup on and pretend your someone else.

Fast forward 7 years later  LOL re-visiting one of my favorite manga/shows of all time. Ai Yazawa's NANA *w* I hope 7 yrs later I was able to do it alittle bit more justice. I'd still love to shoot someone else as NANA lol or BLAST but till then, its fun to throw your plaid and leopard together :D

I dont have the right nail polish color of the accessories since this was just a quick test shot. I'm hoping to redo this again when my friend is ready to do Ren *W* hahaha.

Oops. I disappeared again

But no, I'm not back. I'm still forever backlogged on AX photos...which was a bout a while ago. But you shouldn't be surprised because photographers are notorious for being forever backlogged...I've even neglected my fanpage...but I guess this is another filler post till I get around to start doing more photo dumps from shoots...and...whatnot.... so here we go, a months worth of insta-dumps. Coz. I. Can. Or you can follow me on instagram @dearxx to see more enteratining videos and not so entertaining videos of the shit I do with my life when I'm not doing anymore more productive... I'm convinced Shingeki has taken over my life coz I bet I spend a good chunk of my time reblogging Shingeki stuff on tumblr versus doing anything really productive and using other stuff as excuses for my absence or unproductivity...

So, school started, I didn't go to J-expo where all the cool kids went or to Kcon coz I'm an old man and decided to be a hermit to recover from AX and Nisei Week. Oh yeah, I did go to Nisei Week. Oops photos are on my instagram and on my PC. I didn't really catch any cosplayer other than my sister so she has photos up on her FB.I'll link it as soon as I remember.. owoll Nisei Week was too hot and crowded to really do anything. Curry House was great as always and very filling.

Hes gonna grow up to slay titans...He just needs his emblem and working on the gears then hes done. Maybe hoping to bring him to PMX since if I recall correctly the hotel is pet friendly :D eh eh eh?! 

but I need to get through Dream of Doll and another cosplay before I can go back to working on this little guys gears 

look at me wasting company time making blog entries that are useless when you probably seen these on IG and Tumblr. Oops. 

Took a break from playing Dynasty Warriors and I picked up the new map pack for COD over the weekend though I probably only clocked in less than 10 hrs on the entire game as of late .__. and I'm most likely behind on my reading again for school coz I decided reading RAW scans of Shingeki was more important orz....

and browsing tumblr for wigs...and among other stuff....and shamelessly browsing for new makeup to refill and replenish all the other pans I've hit )':

 

 

with the new shingeki obsession Anh has made it a point to make us costest at 12am most nights LOOO ok idk why but I guess in a way its easier to do it when everyone is asleep. Less judgy stares when you don't have a room ಠ___ಠ

Better off cos testing NANA looo hurpdurp. Also did a makeup test for Levi but its not for me, I needed to practice before I get to mess with Ash's face .__. I'm not postng photos of it here lawwwls

had to use some mad eyelid tape to get moe eyes and to get sleepy angry slanty eyes for Levi. Could use more work but hueeeee

Need new lenses and a wig lol. Wore purple lenses but luckily they turned purple on the photo hurhurhur and used a old sebby wig oops
